Shipping policy

We ship all our packages through major logistics companies. We have partnered with mostly all of the logistics companies available in India.

 We pack our products with utmost care to ensure that our products do not get damaged in transit and reach you in good condition.

We provide free shipping on prepaid orders.

Orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days of confirmation.

Tracking details for your orders will be sent to you via mail upon dispatch of your order. So, we suggest you check your email or your inbox from time to time. You can even visit the website to manually check the status of your order by putting in the AWB number sent to you via mail.

Please provide a complete & accurate shipping address including a zip code and a mobile number. This will ensure faster and better delivery.

 Once our delivery partner receives your order, they will dispatch it directly to your address. Please be available to receive your order. If you are unavailable when they arrive, they will make two more delivery attempts.

If you’re unavailable to receive your order on the scheduled date, your subsequent delivery will be charged. The charges will vary according to your location.

Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted only within 24 hrs.

Note: If someone has refused to accept a cash-on-delivery order from theshawlstudio.com, we(theshawlstudio.com) will not accept COD orders from that person in the future. You can still place a prepaid order on theshawlstudio.com
